PART 2 PLEASE RESPOND AND COMENT TO THIS DISCUSSION NO LESS THE 175 WORDS BASE ON 1 CREDIBLE RESORCE
Using the same small business you described in the first discussion, determine the best possible location for your business within driving distance of where you now live. Explain your rationale.
The best possible location for Nepalese American Bakery Café will be the neighborhood shopping center which is located 3 miles away from where I now live. The reason behind selecting neighborhood shopping center for my business is due to its convenience. There is plenty of parking spaces available and there are no bakery shops close by. There are around 10 stores in the shopping center and some are very popular among the local community. I will be able to attract those customers to my stores. Beside this there is a dense population of people from Nepal and India, which is our target customers.
Discuss the layout and design configuration of a building you would like to use to house your business, including how you would comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Total square footage will be around 2000. Wall will be painted white to create a spacious effect. Mirror will be installed behind the counter to reflect lights, increase the sense of space and enhance displays. Tall display cases with transparent ends will be placed to provide the maximum visual presentation of baked goods. Since this shopping center was built after 1993, it complies with The American with Disabilities Act. This bakery shop will offer the menu in Braille and would offer to have a staff member read the menu to blind customers. Beside this, our café will offer a curbside delivery service for disable customers with no extra charge.
